The chard lasagna, how could it not be my favorite food if it is perfect in every sense 😋 jajaja

The chard lasagna consists of layered sheets of dough that contain in between chard and on top white sauce with cheese, a delight!

The preparation of this meal is very simple, first the chard is cooked, once cooked it is liquefied with a little water and seasoned to taste, on the other hand the dough sheets are left to rest with hot water, then we place a layer of chard and another of dough, repeating the process according to the thickness you want, then we add the cheese and the white sauce and for the oven, that easy.

The reason why I like this preparation is because of the perfect combination of a little dough and a lot of chard and cheese (which improves all meals hahaha) to crown it, besides being very easy to prepare, what better!

Having a lot of chard is a good source of iron, calcium, vitamin C and high fiber content, and being a vegetarian it is very good for me that it contains iron, the worst would be cheese, which contains a lot of cholesterol,  but is so rich :c although I do not think that this food is harmful to health, if it is in moderate portions and is not eaten every day.
